Terms & Conditions

To use our services, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh
• Provide accurate and complete information

Mirpur Web IT provides professional digital services as listed on our website at www.mirpurwebit.com/services. All service details, features, and pricing are described on the Services and Pricing pages.

Service delivery timeframes range from 2 to 30 business days depending on the project scope and complexity. Exact timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.

• A 50% advance payment is required before work begins
• The remaining 50% is due before final delivery
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, Cash
• Work will not begin until the advance payment is confirmed
• No credit or deferred payment is accepted

Failure to make the final payment will result in the project being withheld until full payment is received.

• Delivery time ranges from 2 to 30 business days based on the service type and project complexity
• Timelines are estimated from the date work begins (after advance payment and receipt of required content/materials)
• Delays caused by late submission of content, approvals, or feedback from the client will extend the timeline accordingly

• Each project includes up to 3 free revisions
• Revisions must be within the original agreed scope
• Additional revisions beyond 3 will be charged separately
• Revision requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, images, and information in a timely manner
• Review designs and provide feedback promptly
• Ensure they hold copyright for all content provided
• Not provide illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Not make unauthorized changes to delivered work during the revision/support period

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client. Mirpur Web IT retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Some projects may require third-party tools, plugins, themes, domain registration, or hosting. Costs for third-party services are NOT included unless explicitly stated. The client is responsible for licensing and renewal of third-party tools.

Clients may not use our services to:

• Create content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
• Violate the terms of Meta/Facebook, Google, or any other platform
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Mirpur Web IT reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any violation of these terms.

Mirpur Web IT's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Business losses, lost revenue, or lost data
• Facebook Ads performance results
• Third-party platform outages or policy changes
• Client errors or unauthorized modifications

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

Mirpur Web IT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
